Raheel, as a Partner, advises a wide range of clients, including individuals and corporates, and regularly appears before various judicial forums, i.e., Supreme Court, High Court(s), District Courts, National Green Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Consumer Forums, Debt Recovery Tribunal, etc..

 

He has advised and handled contentious insolvency matters before the National Company Law Tribunals and has been involved in leading cases under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. He has acted as a legal advisor for Insolvency Professionals and prospective resolution applicants. He has advised clients on commercial transactions, and implementation thereof, including mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

 

Raheel has particular expertise and experience in providing discrete and prompt advice on all issues arising out of commercial frauds, money laundering, company investigations, corruption and mutual legal assistance in a multi-jurisdictional context. Raheel has acted for a number of clients and has been a confidential advisor insofar as prosecutions are concerned.

 

He also advised food processing companies to comply with the erstwhile Food Adulteration Act and present the Food Safety and Standards Act, and consequently appeared before the Regulatory Authorities. He has also advised and represented various MNCs in the consumer goods sector on consumer disputes before the District and State Commissions in Gujarat.

 

He has appeared for and assisted Senior Counsels for numerous Trade Mark and Patent Infringement Suits. He also regularly advises on commercial & employment contracts and disputes arising therefrom.
