Nisarg is a Partner of the firm and works out of Ahmedabad office. He has been in the profession since 2010 and has been proficient in handling litigations before various judicial and quasi-judicial foras i.e. Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts, Electricity Regulatory Commissions, Appellate Tribunal For Electricity, National Company Law Tribunal, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, etc. He specializes in electricity laws as well as employment and labour laws.
He is a part of our general litigation practice and is an integral part of our commercial dispute resolution practice. He has successfully handled high value litigations pertaining to electricity laws, contentious litigations pertaining to industrial disputes as well as other laws. He also advises companies on issues relating to Power Purchase Agreements and labour laws’ compliance.
