Kunal J. Vyas

Kunal is a Partner of the firm and works out of Ahmedabad office. He has been in the profession since 2012 and from the very inception, has been proficient in handling arbitrations and other litigations before various judicial and quasi-judicial fora i.e. Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts, Consumer Fora, Debt Recovery Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, etc.

 

He is a part of our general litigation practice and is an integral part of our commercial dispute resolution practice. He has successfully handled various high value arbitrations of complex nature, both from the claimant’s as well as respondent’s side. He also handles litigations stemming out of real estate transactions including issues pertaining to stamp duty. 

 

Kunal also takes a keen interest in writing on socio-politico-legal issues which can be read on various online portals.
